Trout Fly Fishing in the Welsh Borders

p picture

Are you a fly fisherman who likes peace and tranquility surrounded by beautiful scenery?
If so, why not try fishing at HINDWELL in our 4 acre private, spring fed lake between the Teme and the Wye? The lakes beautiful setting, together with the lovely Georgian farmhouse, has changed little since Wordsworth was captivated by it's charm when he fished there at the beginning of the nineteenth century.

The lake is stocked annually with three to four hudred rainbow and brown trout. Two boats and lifejackets are available. It is excellent walking, cycling and birdwatching country, and central to visiting the Herefordshire/Powys Borders.

The spacious, fully-equipped self catering acommodation (sleeps 2) overlooks the lake and consists of the whole of the second floor of the farmhouse, two double en-suite bedrooms are also available for larger parties. Guests may also use the summer house in the gardens by the lake.
