Welcome to our Club site, we are a conservation group with a biodiverse program to account for and assist butterfly and moth populations in Canada.

We have formed these Butterfly Habitats, and helped to 'naturalize' the Inland Island Highway because it is our purpose to follow the work that has been layed down before us. For example;

As to our mandate to spread awareness,
"Butterfly watching,(or butterflying), can provide a model for behaviour in other situations, reinforcing activities which leave the resource intact." Author, Robert Pyle, Lep.

And as to our Agenda,
"To preserve endangered species, and on a community level to protect significant populations." The Xerces Society

We are a non-profit organization, that meets localy the second Wednesday of the months May through September. Our AGM is usually January 15th, each year. There are no dues.
