Credit Control On The Move

I am offering an independent face to face service with debtors. In my experience if the reason for non-payment is established then a solution can be arranged to suit both parties alot easier.
The service I offer is the final step before legal action which is something that I would stress to debtors, I take the time to initially liaise with the debtor and try to establish why payment has not been made, I would then take the time to visit the debtor and build a friendly face to face relationship and hopefully obtain payment there and then.
I also offer my expertise regarding reviewing processes and procedures, I specialise in simplifying processes and making the working credit control functions more efficient.
Temporary contracts before I became self employed included BUPA Health Assurance, NHS Xansa and Cater Allen Private Bank.
About me:
I am ICM qualified with a Customer Service background, in the Credit Control field I feel that this is an advantage as I can offer a friendly but professional third party contact through the my customer service experience.
There is a fine line between being too pushy and too lenient regarding payment, if you are too pushy then the debtor could automatically become defensive and the situation would then be made worse, if you are too lenient then the debtor may feel that they can get away with prolonging payment.
I offer a service line between these two examples, I DO offer a friendly service but never lose sight of the objective of obtaining payment without getting too pushy.

The cost for my service can be negotiated but I charge around 5% - 15% of the debt depending on age, whether or not it is a problem case and whether or not the full debt is recovered.
