FEDERAL RESERVE BANK IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL
The word "meliorate" means to "make better". Interest, debt and taxes are forms of meliorated slavery. The Jewish Torah claims that Deuteronomy 15:6 is meliorated slavery ordained by God which is the theological foundation for interest, debt, and tax laws embodied in the American Constitution.
The American Civil War was not faught just to free slaves of shackles and chains. The American Civil War was also over economics & finance. In the days of the American Civil War the Federal Reserve Bank did not exist. Abraham Lincoln wanted to create a new Bank of the United States to print interest free, debt free, and tax free money for the American people. Lincoln was assassinated before he could achieve that objective but Lincoln did issue an executive order to the Secretary of the Treasury ording him to print the "greenback dollar" interest free, debt, free and tax free.
Abraham Lincoln and his anti-slavery supporters said that the American Constitution is a covenant with hell. The American Constitution embodies provisions making it unconstitutional to prohibit the teaching that Deuteronomy 15:6 meliorated slavery is ordained by God. The intent of the 13th Amendment is to prohibit ALL FORMS of slavery but it does not say "all forms" and after the Civil War the 14th Amendment was added to the Constitution. The intent and purpose of Section 4 of the 14th Amendment is to make it unconstitutional to question debt (public or private) when it says, "...the public debt shall not be questioned".
The Federal Reserve Bank was created in 1913 (which triggered World War One). The Federal Reserve Bank is rooted in Deuteronomy 15:6 and the American Constitution. The Federal Reserve Bank is a slavery institution that has made interest, debt, and tax slaves of the American people but the American Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal Reserve Bank is constitional. When you get a bunch of liars and crooks controlling the legal system, banks, corporations, and government what do you expect? Abraham Lincoln said "there has been a conspiracy form the beginning to nationalize slavery". Meliorated slavery is a very sneaky form of slavery. The slave's yoke of bank printed money is destroying America. The truth is that the Federal Reserve Bank is unconstitutional because the Federal Reserve Bank violates the intent and purpose of the 13th amendment to the constition.
