Welcome to our sports DVD collection. Nothing on this site is in any way connected to any sports organization or professional team(NFL,MLB, NCAA, NBA). It is simply a collection of sports DVDs of games we have saved & collected over the years.

Unfortunately not everyone who e-mails me is an honest person. There are people who work for studios and production companies that pose as "collectors" and "traders" with the sole purpose to trick us into a potential copyright violation and/or situation. Therefore, by visiting this website or e-mailing me you acknowledge the following statements and when e-mailing me include in your e-mail that you agree with my notices and disclaimers otherwise I will not deal.

1. I affirm that I am not working for any television or movie production studio, network or affiliated organizations. I am not employed by the government be it U.S or Canadian, affiliated agencies or any type of sub-contractor or independent agent. I am not a postal inspector. By e-mailing you I understand that these trades are collector to collector and any incidental costs that are involved are not for product or labor but transportation of said goods. No profit is made from my tape trading and is done only for my enjoyment, to help out others and the chance to expand my own collection. Tape trading is a hobby not an occupation or a business to me. This site is not for commercial use.

2. In regards to the legality of the Video Home recording Act settled by Congress with the Home Recording Act (P.L 102-563,106 Stat 4237, Codified at 17 U.S.C 1001-1010) in October 1992. No action may be brought under this title alleging infringement of copyright based on manufacture, importation or distribution of a digital or analog recording medium or based on the non-commercial use of such a device or medium. No rights are intended, expressed or implied.

4. You understand that these trades or donations are collector to collector and any incidental costs that may be involved are not for product, but for labor. All charges placed on the reproduction of any and all video footage are attached to the time, materials, machine wear & tear and return shipping & packaging.

(1) Most important--Game is high quality. We have thrown away-no lie- approx 500 or more games sent to us in trade that were true garbage
(2) Game is not a torrent or downloaded from the internet
(3) Game is not a copy of a commercially produced disc
(4) See Bandy Rule below
(5) Game is not missing any action or joined in progress unless noted before we make the trade
(6) We usually will not trade for aNy game after 2000 unless it is a Cleveland Browns game we do not have.
(7) We usually will not trade a high quality game from the 70's and/or 80's for a game after the year 2000
(8) We prefer not to receive games on Memorex or Staples brand discs as we find they scratch the easiest
