It is my greatest wish for you to find this site before children, youth, and family services enter your life. You will be armed with the knowledge and know how if they ever show up on your doorstep. Learning your rights is essential to protect your children.
Sadly, this isn't the likely situation and your life at the moment is a living nightmare.
Don't lose hope! No matter what stage your case is at you still have the power to do something. The Constitution of The United States and your Bill of Rights are your largest and most powerful tools. CPS law is a very effective tool to have, as well.
Through the links below you will find an abundance of helpful information provided by understanding people who are going through or have been through what you now face. Be sure to read as much as you can to learn your rights, CPS trickery, illegal tactics used by them, how to write necessary letters effectively, how to file motions and court files, and anything else you might need.
