There is a numeric keypad for password input. You will find the password on the pool table in the Rec room.

More Powerful Weapon & Infinate Ammo:
Beat the game with an outstanding score. A screen will indicate
your new weapon. Save the game. Start over using that file. Get to a chest and you will find your weapon there.

Unlock Locker In Dark Room:
There are a few ways to do this...
A) Start a game as Leon on normal. Get to the police station without picking up anything. Under the main entrace is a stairwell. Down there is a new zombie. Kill it from a safe distance. Search his body for the key. Get to the locker.
B) On mission B, get to the police station without picking up anything. Get to the stairwell. You can take it from there.
C) A customized gameshark code will also work.
Leon gets two changes of clothes.
Claire gets a change of clothes and a revolver.
