The description of the train: Fiberglass locomotive body comes with all the bells and whistles which include: headlight in the front, an 8 inch brass bell, a four flute bellows type whistle which can be heard for approximately 1000 feet. Shell on engine weighs 80 pounds.

The power unit, under the fiberglass locomotive, is a John Deere Model 455, three cylinder, 22 hp liquid cooled, diesel tractor. This also has a hydrostatic transmission and can travel up to speeds of 8 mph. The fiberglass shell is easily removed for the times that you want to use the tractor alone.
Designed for day- to- day and commercial use, the locomotive is very sturdy. The heavy duty constructed fiberglass is supported by a 1 inch spindle with tapered bearings, grease cap and grease seal to insure many years of use. Cars have front end steering for better tracking. Each carriage has a roof.

Specs:
Adults as well as children can ride the train, 6 – 9 per carriage, depending of size.

The train of THREE carriages will accommodate approximately 27 passengers.

Two additional carriages (maximum train capacity of FIVE) can ONLY be purchased at time of the initial order.

30 foot turning radius (factory spec) and may be possible 27 feet turning radius.
