Association for Creativity Development
ACD – acts on the creative processes in the Central of Romania, on the creativity incorporated in the product and:
-to facilitate business growth in the field of creativity;
-to involve individuals, groups and organisations in creative activities over Europe;
-to offer support to originators of creative ideas;
-to contribute to the development of techniques and methods required for artificially enhancing creativity.
-to EU –programmers – by participating with proposals of projects in FP5 (Fifth Framework Programme), such as:
-Improving human potential; No : SERD – 2000 – 00254 (The inferential method by analogy in spirit of time used to the enrichment of the socio-economic knowledge base).
-Innovation & SME (IPS- 200) ; No: IPS-2000-038 (Technology Transfer Growth by Developing Business within Product Re-Manufacturing Area);
-Innovative Products, Processes and Sustainable Growth; No: GTC1-2001-43003 (Growth -Innovative Products, Proceses and Organisations );
-Innovative Products, Processes and Sustainable Growth; No: GRD1-2001-40796 (Highly Flexible Assembly System – Configuration and Operational. (HIFAS) ) ;
-Innovative Products, Processes and Sustainable Growth; No:GRD1-2001-40436 ( Internet-enabled Total Automation of Enterprise. (ITAME) );
Through its members, the ACD collaborates with AGIR (the General Association of the Engineers in Romania), Association of the Plastic Artists in Brasov, Association of Small and Medium Industries in Brasov, OSM (the Organization of Medicine Students in Cluj-Napoca) and IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control).

Cosulting .
Supports granted SME from Central Romania for the European Union support in the knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship areas.
Links between citizens and SME .
In the Central level zone of Romania, ACD militates for the of a thriveing economy, grounded on cognition and culture, for the citizenship and SME from region.
Improving the enterprising spirits, contractor’s education, and creativity stimulation.
Finding the ways for the creativeness liberation, in the aim of personal performances growth in the cognition based society, which detemines the new product and jobs.
Obj.2 Transferring knowleadge
Development of regional networks.
Establishment of the regional network, where the actors within those reagions, linked through the other networks, helps each other in solving different problems, by stating creative ideeas and transferring their knowleadge for society development at European Virtual Comunity level.
Knowledge dissemination ACD is involved to regional level in the development interface among science and citizens, facilitating the transfer of information between the community of peoples of science and the large audience through the utilization internet.
Development knowledge bank at regional level
Produces new cognition through innovation and its stocking in the banks for transferable data to regional level.

E-commerce
Profits achievment from the existing knowleadge The publication of sale electronic books on the creativeness problems.
Creating micro societies favorably transferring the tacit knowleadge ACD and SME from the center country cooperate with firms from the Europe for the technological transfers realization.
Encouraging the continue education through the comunication technologies
Beside SME from the center country, ACD will develop the research and education activities, in the area of the creativeness, according to the European Council in Lisbon.
