WindWard Islands Emergency Medical Services.
W.I.E.M.S is a non-profite organisation.
its objectives is to:
- Organize paramedical and medical training for
interested organisations and persons;
-Upgrade and maintain a high level of emergency
medical training and care to people in need;
-Advice and assist in the acquirement of emergency,
paramedical and medical supplies;
-Provide any services which may improve or benefit
the emergency health care in the Windward islands.
Adult: we organize yearly FIRST RESPONDER classes.
Also progress with an Emergency Medical Technician Besic
(EMT-B)course that goes on every two years.
W.I.E.M.S. provides free CPR-classes to schools of St. Maarten
