The ordering stuff you need to know about.


My jewellery is mostly one of a kind designs therefore orders for those pieces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Most of the time - pieces are taken off of the site right away or marked as sold, but on occassion, I'm not always around to do that immediately!

If you place an order for an item that is sold out, I will notify you right away & you will be refunded.
If I can duplicate a piece for you that is already sold, I will let you know immediately & I will also let you know how long it will take for me to finish it for you-
probably within a day or two if the materials are on hand!

Please use the "add to cart" buttons to purchase jewelry, and the "checkout" to see what is in your cart, and checkout! If you wish to use your credit card via PayPal.
All payments can be made via Direct Bank Deposit, Paypal using your credit card! IT'S FAST, FREE FOR BUYERS & SECURE! :) Money Order or Cheque.


Items will be held for up to 10 days ONLY for you. No exceptions. After the 10 days, I will allow it to be purchased online by someone else.
However, if your payment arrives after the 10 day period & it's still not sold, the jewelry is still yours.

If you like my jewelry design style, but can't find quite what you want, please keep in mind that I not only do custom orders-
but I love them, as well! Just email me! and we'll go from there. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase any custom order.

And, finally...don't worry, my jewelry is guaranteed!
My jewelry is GUARANTEED not to break for up to one year due to normal wear & tear. If it were to break,
I will fix it at absolutely no cost to you. Please note, though, that some materials aren't always available,
so, if in the unlikely case something needs to be repaired, materials may have to be substituted, if necessary.



Shipping:
All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.


Returns:
At this time Emma Starkey Designs offers an exchange of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied with your purchase!
Please email me within 5 days of receiving your package if you'd like to exchange your item for something else.
I have to receive your return package (send it back insured, with delivery confirmation!) within 10 days of your receiving it in order to do the whole exchange thing.
However, earrings are not returnable or exchangable for obvious health reasons!
