My Love Michelle

This web page is dedicated to my girlfriend, Michelle. She is the love of my life and she means the world to me! I love her so much that I'd easily die in place of her, if anything ever happened to her. She is a great person, loving and caring, and I couldn't ask for a better companion. I have written some poems, with her in mind, and I'll add more as they are completed. Michelle, I love you!!!

Sonnet I

Into her eyes I had seen what she saw
Rich browns and greens, shining shades of true hue
A world full of laughter, feelings run raw
Glowing, I gaze at her beauty anew

Wondering, pondering, God, I thank you
For such an Eve can not quite be found so
One in a million, like hot fire with blue
Why me, may I ask? I surely don’t know

You are frankly the sun’s very own doe
Why me to be your man I do wonder
Thousand others of more money and show
Your pick, though well received, I do ponder

My love answers me with a kiss so soft,
“Chose you, for your heart doth bring me aloft!”

Sonnet II

United now with my Diamond, my Pearl
Hand in Hand we walk through life together
I glee with thought that she is my girl
My whole world hath turned ‘round for the better

Wind nor Rain nor any state of weather
Can stop the craving I have for my love
Her motions so smooth, light as a feather
Not quite an eagle, she’s more like a dove

Floating gently into the sky above
Her creamy white wings just flutter and flee
An Angel ‘mong Angels, I’d need to shove
Through many demons who’d take her from me

But I need not worry, for she’ll be true
No might under God shall be with her too

Sonnet III

In the Meadows lurk many a vile thing
Incubi in search of ladies so fair
Ogres and Ghouls to all that in-between
A double of hell you’d think once you’re there

My Love and I in misfortune do share
A little home situated quite near
Sounds of spirits haunt my poor lover’s care
Those monster’s will pay for causing her fear

Tried snatching her once, they did, out of here
A fool was I to not have struck that night
Now I’ll be ready with fire, sword, and spear
To Die for my Love, to give them a fight

Cometh dark Evil, come give me a try
My Lover’s image will not catch your eye

Sonnet IV

The demons did come and my Love did grieve
A long kiss and hug she gave as my aid
To defeat these fiends, to cause them to leave
‘Pon Heaven I look to help stop this raid

“Please, hide! Quick, hide!” To my lady I bade
A Thund’rous roar shook the ground where I stood
I wished them gone but their assault didn’t fade
Pound after pound the walls cracked but withstood

The door broke and they rushed through the split wood
One versus Fifty I fought for my dear
To vanquish them was my goal, if I could
But he whose with God need not ever fear

Satan’s own died one by one by my sword
Glory was mine when I trounced the whole horde

"These poems are all traditional-styled Sonnets, written by me, that follow the Spencerian rhyme pattern. They have fourteen lines, rhyming in the scheme- ABAB BCBC CDCD EE."

Michelle, if you ever see this web page I want you to know that I will love you forever. No matter what comes between us, you will always be #1 in my heart. I'm so glad I met you and that I am with you! Muah!
