Artists Retreat at Emma Lake Kenderdine Campus

This up-coming retreat is arranged for both the beginners and experienced artists who like having fun sketching and painting at the stress free, beautiful out-door setting at Emma Lake. At this retreat, participants will enjoy exploring and learning some particular techniques of painting in watercolour or acrylic. Facilitator, John Chin who has more than twenty years of teaching and painting experience in water-based mediums, will provide individual help and critique. In the evenings, we will have group critiques, artist talk/slide presentation, art-video watching and studio workshop. The retreat will culminate with guided tours of the Lakeland Art Gallery at Christopher Lake and the Little Gallery of Prince Albert.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own beddings, towels and art materials (a list of materials will be provided). Participants are required to book their own accomodation directly. The package accomodation rate for a room with washroom is $30.00 or $25.00 without washroom. No camping on campus will be allowed.

Fees:
1. Registration : $50.00 and
2. Retreat (includes workshop, meals, snacks, studio-use ): $233.00 plus applicable taxes. Total: $313.29
A $50.00 cancellation fee shall be charged for cancelling within the two weeks before the commencement of the retreat. No refund for non- or partial attendance once the program begins.
