Emily's Famous Carmel Corn
What you'll need:
1/2 cup butter or margrine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
8 cups popped popcorn
wax paper that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
combine butter, sugar and syrup in a large microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave for three minutes on high. Stir. Add baking soda to the mixture, stirring gently until the mixture is light and foamy. Cook on high for another 1 1/2 minutes. Add the popcorn to the mixture and stir until well coated. Cook on high for another 1 1/2 minutes. Spread the mixture onto the wax paper and allow it to harden at room temperature for an hour. Break the mixture into pieces. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!!

Banana Split Cereal
1 small ripe banana
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries or other fresh fruit
1/2 cup of nonfat or low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup of low sugar cereal, (Cheerios, Wheaties, Grapenuts)
Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise.
Wash the blueberries by placing them in a colander and running water over them.
If you decide to use another type of fruit, wash and cut it into small pieces.
Spoon the yogurt in a mound in the center of a cereal bowl.
Sprinkle the cereal on top of the yogurt.
Arrange the banana halves on either side of the yogurt.
Sprinkle the top with blueberries or other fruit.
Romona's World

What You Need
Glue
Big piece of paper
Scissors
Old magazines or catalogs
How To Make It
Cut out pictures of stuff that your dad likes. For example, you could do a car college or a fishing collage.
Put glue on back of pictures.
Place pictures wherever you want on the paper.
Let dry overnight.
