Bobby's Electrical Repairs.
Below,i have listed a few things i would like to work on,so if you see anything on my list of "Things To Install/Repair" list that may apply to you,feel free to Call,or even Text me if you prefer (That's fine too)...
Ceiling Fans.
Receptacles and Switches.
Lighting ..(Garage Lighting... Indoor/Outdoor)....(Front & Rear Door Lighting).
Ballast and Bulb Replacements.
Breaker Replacements.
Unfinished Basements. (adding additional Lighting,Receptacles & Switches,New Circuits,etc).
Telephone and T.V. Jack Replacements.
Smoke Detector Replacements. (Electric or Battery Powered).
Washer & Dryer Circuits.(Unfinished Basements Only).
Bathroom Vanity Lighting Replacements.
Can Lighting (Bulb Replacements).
Rope Lighting Replacements.
A.C. Disconnect Replacements.
Doorbell Chimes & Button Replacements.
Cap-off old wiring and put them in Junction Boxes and place COVERS over them so their SAFE.
Wiring,Lighting,Outlets & Switches (Unfinished Basements),and just pretty much anything else that can go wrong (Electrically) throughout the house.
OR....If you would like to have all of your RECEPTACLES & SWITCHES in your home or office replaced so they all MATCH,i will do that too--NO PROBLEM!!
This is a BEAUTIFUL ceiling fan,huh?To have a ceiling fan like this installed in your Living Room or Bedroom would be really nice..Their relatively easy to install,and can be done from START to FINISH usually in 30-45 minutes....REALLY NICE!!!
This type of Outlets and Switches are really nice,too...They come in many COLORS,BRANDS,and STYLES...If you would like to have these types of devices in your home or office UPGRADED,NO PROBLEM AT ALL!
This is a really nice Outdoor Light Fixture (Generally locat at the Front or Back Door of a home)..If you would like to have those OLD,BROKEN or DAMAGED light fixtures upgraded to something like this,just go to your local lighting dealer (or Electrical Supply House),pick out what you want,and getting these installed is just A PHONE CALL AWAY!(This type of lighting usually installs in 5-10 minutes,so upgrading these are relatively fast and easy).
Smoke Detectors can SAVE YOUR VERY LIVES,FOLKS!!!If you don't have any installed in your home (or if you DO and some are OLD,DAMAGED,or simply NO LONGER WORK),I can't stress to you enough how important it is that these are in WORKING ORDER---24/7...They come in ELECTRIC and BATTERY POWERED or BOTH,and install in about ONE MINUTE (Replacing them do,anyways)...As for the Battery Powered ones,they can be placed anywhere you want and can be installed in about 5 minutes each.
This is a standard Flood Light...They are generally located over Garage Doors or on the Corner of a house,but can be placed ANYWHERE YOU'D LIKE...I can replace OLD,DAMAGED flood lighting if you are needing these type light fixtures around your home in working order again....They come with MOTION SENSORS and/or PHOTO CELLS (Come on AUTOMATICALLY when it gets dark),,,OR,they can be installed to work from a SWITCH (Just whatever you prefer).
Water Heaters are generally (but not always) located in the BASEMENT of a house,but NEWER HOMES these days tend to have them in the Laundry Room area...If you are needing a new circuit pulled in and connected to a water heater,this is easily done,especially if your Panel (aka BREAKER BOX) id located in an UNFINISHED BASEMENT area.
This is what's known as a "Bubble Cover"...ME MYSELF,i think they are USELESS and a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY,simply because they are FLIMSY and CHEAPLY MADE and the LEAST LITTLE BUMP and IT'S BROKEN and USELESS for it's intended purpose,which is making your outdoor outlets WEATHER RESISTANT!But since the N.E.C. (National Electrical Code) makes these types of outdoor outlet covers MANDATORY,MY OPINION DON'T COUNT...If you have OUTDOOR OUTLETS and/or G.F.C.I.'s,and the covers to them are damages or missing,i can install new ones and make them TOTALLY SAFE and WEATHER-PROOF for you.
This is called a "Disconnect"...The N.E.C. Electrical Code requires these to be on certain devices that require a way of "Killing The Power" if your Panel (Breaker Box) is located Out Of Seeing Distance...They are most commonly used on A.C. Units,Water Heaters and things like that..If you have one of these installed in your home and it's DAMAGED or NO LONGER WORKS,i will replace it with a new one for you...They usually can be replaced in just a few minutes.
This is an "Unfinished Basement"...Some people use this area of the house for STORAGE,a GAME ROOM,and sometimes they don't get used AT ALL...If you have an Unfinished Basement in your home and would like NEW or EXTRA LIGHTING,OUTLETS and/or SWITCHES,NEW CIRCUITS for a WASHER and/or Dryer,etc,i can add new wiring or just anything you would like in these areas--NO PROBLEM!
Notice the "Rope Lighting" in this room...I have wired MANY,MANY houses where the living room,bedroom,over/under the cabinets,etc. were outfitted in rope lighting...LOOKS REALLY NICE at night!!..If you have this type of lighting in your home and part or none of them work,i can replace them and bring back that comfortable,cozy look that you once had before...OR,if you DON'T have these in your home,but would like them,i can add them...(I don't install or remove the crown-molding (wood trim) in the rooms..I only add the outlets required to plug them into and the switch to the outlet(s) to turn them on or off) with).....THESE ARE REALLY NICE!
This is a Telephone and T.V. Combination wall jack...Sometimes,these will wear out from extensive use over time,or get DAMAGED and will need replacing...If you have these types of wall plates throughout your home or business that don't work,replacing them is easy and only takes about 5 minutes each to change them out.
This is a really nice WALL SCONCE light fixture...If you would like to have some of your existing wall sconce fixtures upgraded to new ones,i will remove the old ones and install new ones throughout your home or business..(They make for a good Night-Light as well).
Would you like to have your Bathroom Vanity Lighting upgraded?These types of fixtures come in many sizes and styles...Usually inexpensive to have replaced.
These ara Solar Powered "Path Lights"...They are most commonly used in flower beds,side-walks,and along the outer perimeters of the house...I PERSONALLY prefer to use these types of OUTDOOR LAWN LIGHTING because they are WIRELESS...Low Voltage lighting works just as good,but tend to have the wires cut if the areas they are located in have trenches or holes dug-out close to them,creating another expense of having them repaired or replaced....I "HIGHLY" recommend SOLAR POWERED over the LOW VOLTAGE lighting,but i can install whichever type you prefer.NOTE:...Folks,if you are having "ANY" type of ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS,i just can't stress to you enough just how URGENTLY you need to have them looked into,and IMMEDIATELY!!!Your HOME is probably your SINGLE,MOST VALUABLE INVESTMENT,and it only takes a matter of "MINUTES" for LOOSE or DAMAGED WIRING or ELECTRICAL DEVICES to start a FIRE...So even if you don't call ME,i STRONGLY suggest you call SOMEBODY,and FAST!!Don't become just another INNOCENT VICTIM on some FIRE FIGHTER's Report..PLAY IT SAFE--ALWAYS!
