Although we do our best to represent our product descriptions, inventory levels and prices fairly, we do make mistakes. In these cases, we reserve to right cancel any order and refund the customer's money as a full remedy.

Payments for mailed orders are by CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER only. All orders are PREPAID. No COD's. No International orders. No personal checks please.

Shipping Information
All in stock orders ship in 3-5 business days. Out of stock orders ship in 7-14 days. Most orders will arrive by UPS. We also use the United States Postal Service.
Note: Your order may be sent in different shipments but no additional charges will apply.
An actual street address must be provided for all orders. UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes.

20% of your order total except where extra postage is noted on oversized items.
Do not include donations in shipping total.
Back Orders
Sorry, we do not accept backorders for items that are out of stock. Please reorder such items at a later date. You will receive a full refund. Please allow 30 days for refund.
Order Cancellation
It is extremely difficult for us to cancel an order once it has been placed in our system. This is because we have an automated order processing system. If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, please notify us as soon as possible by email. If we have not yet processed your order, we will try to cancel it for you at no charge to you - however, once your order has entered our automated processing system, it may be cancelled but it will be subject to our 25% restocking fee allow 30 days for refund. If you have ordered herbs, tea, diet products, and it has entered into our processing phase, it can not be cancelled and no refund can be given for any reason.
Returns
Please review the product information carefully.
All sales are final unless damaged. Thank you.
Damages
Please save all packing materials and contact us at 614-297-6979 within 5 business days to report damages (you must also contact the delivery carrier) and errors on ALL products.
If there is no report of damages which includes errors within said five days of receiving merchandise than all sales are final. We process all UPS claims. We will attempt to reconcile with you immediately. You will receive an Damage Return Authorization Number (DRAN). All unauthorized damage returns will be refused.
Damaged items will be replaced with the SAME item AFTER the TRBP receives the damaged item(s). No cash refunds are given.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Error: The correct item(s) will be shipped AFTER the TRBP receives the item(s) that were shipped in error. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Write the Return Authorization Number (DRAN) on the outside of all returned packages. Thank you.
