Sat 11---Beginner or Refresher Digital Photography Workshop---Time: 9:30 - 4:00 pm/Location - Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital Multi Purpose Room/Call 885-2988 to register! Cost - $28.00/Instructed by Robert Moser! This session is centered on point and shoot digital cameras for beginners or for those wishing to take a refresher course. We will explore basic functions, and camera operation. By the end of the session, students should be comfortable with operating their cameras. We will also discuss photo editing programs. Participants must supply their own camera.
Sat 11---The Sheet Harbour Lions and Lioness are inviting everyone to their first "Community Winter White Party"---from 8pm till 1am. One lucky person will win the grand prize of $1,000.00. Tickets are $20 each, available from MacDonald Chisholm Trask Insurance Office and are going fast, so get yours today. Dress code is casual - all white or black and white. We have games, prize draws, live music with Marine Drive and light refreshments. The Lions bus will be available for your safe journey home for a $5 donation. Join us for this special event and help raise funds for our Lions Centre.
