Organisation type Voluntary local (hobby) - I understand many still enjoy this magazine AS I enjoy doing it...still kept in the Hastings Reference Library for review. The Summer issue can only be found on Grass Roots Open Writers (Its a Hastings Writers group on the internet)I have been informed I can place further ones on there also for viewing and downloading.
As Editor/Founder - I intend doing this magazine as a theraputic hobby from now on...I do intend though to give one to the reference library in Hastings, UK each time of completion when possible. I have been recuperating from major surgery (transphenoidal- similar to Russell Watson (classical singer)) to remove a pituitary (tumour)(I still have it (benign)- At the moment my health issues trying to be sorted are the eyes and brain. B ut I am still doing my best.

My main aim is to have the magazine/book as inspirational as possible for the reader.Fiction/Poetry/current affairs/information- The main reason for stopping it as it was, one because of my age, but also, my disabilities will now prevent me from delivering so many (being the only individual doing the mag) - but a challenge, and also, hopefully a bouncing board for many and a happy place to be.
Anyone still interested in sending in some interesting words for readers when they get a chance, then do so via the P.O.Box..or email, but please comment - to the desk of Ebb & Flow please.they cannot be returned, and please make sure you only send a copy...copyright remains with you. If theme is ok, your words maybe placed in again.
Main aim - communication - a bouncing board. It is fun, therapeutic, creative.(no payment) this is a theraputic and happy mag between contacts... Gives any person a chance to have a voice, whatever the educated level or subject matter. Ebb & Flow does not publish what you would call Naughty words or pics knowingly. It is a peaceful mag...although some of the words can bring mystery etc into the hearts of readers...(to be understood in English/American)as Editor cannot speak other languages. please have translated if necessary before sending in.
Creative or fact. Emails with attachments considered/or postal contributions. (I am trying to get used to microsoft word and publisher 2010 - so please be patient.
Ebb & Flow has its own newspaper entitled ‘NEWZOWN’ (No part of this magazine may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or be transmitted in any form or by any means without first contact to gain permission from EBB & FLOW and the authors of said pieces, or be otherwise circulated in any form or binding or cover without a similar condition. By all means when finished reading downloaded copies into print, pass the whole magazine on.
