I held the position of president for the Chico Anthropological Society for two consecutive years, a voting member of the Environmental Affairs Council at CSU Chico, a member of President Esteban's Student Advisory Commission, conducted anthropological fieldwork in Sicily in June of 1999, an instrumental part of implementation of the ethnographic laboratory at CSU Chico, and have designed web pages.
