Raf Bari: hi its me again yes this website was made in milnrow of course and yes i go to hollingworth high school ok.
this website's been here for a while now i decided to tell you basic break dance moves good idea right??? well anyway:

first things first stretch b4 doing these moves i'm 13 i know it hurts if u don't ok!

TOP ROCK: very important you get the rhythm of your song you pick you don't need one really, then you go with the flow swinging your legs or what ever you want to get people's attention (try and clear a circle were ppl will stand at the edge's)this is used mostly at the beggining of move's then you start doing ya stuff.

the 6-step:
1)start in a position on the floor siting down with your left leg straight and your right leg bent.(with your right heel about 10 cm away from your left knee.

2)bring your right leg into your left leg so that ur right ankle is in the left joint ur left leg should be bent a bitboth ur arms should be at ur side's.

3)then bring ur left leg from ur right so that ur in a crab position not actually doing a crab thenmove ur right leg and curl it round ur left so that ur left ankle's in ur right legs joint don't move ur left leg keep it in its crab position.

4)now bring ur left leg to the right so that ur right leg is crossed infront of ur left at this time u bring ur left hand over to ur right just abit away from ur right.

5)lastly u take ur right leg bring it over past ur left so ur legs r 10cm wider than ur shoulders than bring ur self up bring ur legs together.

brilliant u just did the 6-step
