He is known for flicking off his privates in public, and causing trouble for himself and others. He was released from the state mental hospital 3 months ago, but was picked up by police for practicing phsyciatry with no P.H.D. And harrasing women. We have recieved a report saying that he broke out of the state minimal sicurity prison just three hours ago......We have just recieved word, that the criminals name has been released. It is non other than Dr. I.M. Poopie, the renouned psycologist/amatuer gynocologist. We will report as more news comes in.
