THE DRAGON KING (CONTINUED)
Do you not know that I cannot be hurt by those of impure hearts, it would take only the heart of pure good to destroy me." With these words, the three warrior took flight but they could not escape for Satan at that moment sprouted wings and took flight after the warriors. With great speed, Satan snatched two of them by their legs and flung them back to the ground. He then went after the other dragon. The warrior suddenly let out a fiery stream but Satan's magic repelled it, and so he took his magical staff and stabbed the dragon in the chest, causing him to explode into pieces. He flew back down and saw that one of the warriors was back in his feet. Satan swung his tail at the dragon and stuck the poisonous spikes in the leg. The poison immediately melted the leg so all that remained was the bones. Satan then charged at the helpless dragon and thrust his horns into the warriors chest, then flung the body into a nearby pit where it burned and melted. The last warrior was alive but could not move, he was on his back, barely breathing. King Canabis yelled, "Leave him alone for he is helpless and cannot defend himself, have you no honor?" Satan laughed and with all the force in his body, Satan stomped the fallen dragons chest so hard that his foot went right through it, armor and all ,the dragon died instantly as it caught on fire from the heat of Satan's flesh.
King Canabis was both in shock and infuriated. As he picked up one of the fallen warriors spears. He said, "I swear to take revenge for my fallen warriors." Satan said, "You must be of pure heart to face me and stand a chance. Your father tried but failed for he was weak. I should never have showed mercy. You shall die in your fathers place." King Canabis said, "I am Canabis, son of Cyan, and I shall take revenge for what you have done to our kingdom. I shall fulfill my fathers wishes and destroy you." Satan said, "Enough talk, lets fight for our destiny awaits us proud warrior." And so the ultimate fight begins.
King Canabis was the first to strike. He swung it at Satan's head but he ducked it easily. The second time, it was blocked by Satan's magic staff and the force of it sent King Canabis flying through the air. They both took flight to the heavens. With a mighty swing of his staff, Satan cut through the air with incredible power but King Canabis was strong enough to block the mighty blow. Satan was surprise. King Canabis suddenly exploded in a rage and mercilessly began to swing and thrust the partly melted spear at Satan. He was quick and was finally able to catch Satan off guard. The spear sliced Satan on the leg and blood began to spew. Satan could not believe his eyes. He realized that King Canabis had a pure heart and that he was much stronger than his father was. Satan exploded in a rage of his own and swung the staff like as if possessed. The staff was too powerful and as King Canabis tried to block the attack, his spear broke in half and another mighty blow split his shoulder and sent him flying to the ground . He hit the ground and Satan was immediately upon him. King Canabis was unconscious and without hesitation Satan swung his poison tail with all his might. Suddenly King Canabis awoke and in a blinding move, caught Satan's tail by the end and ripped it clean off spikes and all. He had one good arm left but that was all that he needed, as Satan fell to his knees in agony. King Canabis picked up a rock and smashes Satan in the head before he even saw it coming. The battle was far from being won. Satan felt that the end was near so in desperation, he threw his magic staff at King Canabis but he saw it coming and just in time was able to avoid getting struck in the face by it. Satan was almost dead. King Canabis knew that it was almost over and that his fathers wish would finally become a reality. He went over to where the staff was and pulled it out of a rock. He looked at Satan, he looked back. Satan was back on his feet but was barely able to stand. The side of his head was crushed in and he was bleeding profusely where his tail used to be. King Canabis charged with all his might screaming his lungs out all the way until finally he jammed the magic staff into the heart of evil all the way through and out his back. Satan's last words as he was dying were, "Death is only the beginning?" And so he fell dead.
The ground began to shake as Satan's body disappeared in a blinding flash of light. King Canabis could barely fly but he had to unless he wanted to die also. He took to the heavens as the skies turned red and clouds blackened. He could see below that only a few of the warriors remained and were still fighting. He called to them and so they also took flight. He looked behind him and saw the greatest sight ever imagined. The ground was breaking and all the monsters were falling into the pits where they belonged. Hell was receding back to it's depths from hence it came from. The battle scarred warriors were extremely relieved that it was all over. When they were faraway from the terrible land, they could see only smoke and ash where Hell used to be. Over time, it would become beautiful again. When the warriors made it to Mt. Dragonyte, there was a celebration. Cyan said to his son, "You have made me proud my son ." The horrors were over and the time of suffering had ended. No more living in fear and no more worrying. Everybody eventually went back to the Dragon Kingdom. but they had to start all over. Over the years, everything slowly changed to the way it was before and even after King Canabis's parents passed away and he had his own family, peace and prosperity was fulfilled. And so King Canabis now tells his children the tale of The Dragon King.
