Hallo & welcome to the Home Page of my website.
This is not really about me, Donald Yule, whom you might know as a Charity Finance Director, but about Team Quizzing, a old-established game I've been playing for over 25 years which I would like to share with a lot more people which is why I've written the first-ever book about it.

I have the honour to be President of the Quiz League of London. We have been going since 1990 and specialise in a tough Mind Sport called Team Quizzing. The Quiz League of London is not one of those bodies which tries to make money from quizzes (with one exception -see below) instead, we are an association and the teams who join us effectively own and manage the League.
We play our league matches on a home and away basis every Tuesday from September to April. We also run the Brain of London Competition each year and the All London Cup which is open to any side from within the M25.
Yes, we do make money on one occasion! This is on our annual Charity Night in February which is a table quiz event open to all with plenty of prizes and competitions. DO COME ALONG AND JOIN US ON THAT NIGHT!
We sponsor two other competitions - the President's Cup which is for selected sides from all over the South East - London won it in both 2003 and 2004 - and the National Team Quiz Festival which we hold in June.We hold this at a central London hotel and it features the annual North versus South Challenge for the Don Bisset Cup. This pits the best of the north against the best of the south - the south representatives being the winners of the President's Cup.
We also have social events such as our Annual Dinner which we hold at Rosslyn Park FC in May and our summer Garden Party and Barbecue each July. This is a great quizzers' day with Team Quiz games such as: Smokers v Non-smokers, Mastermind Club v Not the Mastermind Club, North of the River v South of the River whilst in the background there are prize quizzes such as "The President's Puzzler" and the "Viz Quiz". Come along -it's a family day too!
Why stand on the outside watching? Come and take part, there's something for every quiz enthusiast and not just the Londoners.
