Hi, my name is Jeffrey R. Welch, and I am 35 years old with a cronic life threatening disability. I am calling upon anyone who could donate $1.00 or more to help me get out of dept. I owe the government of British Columbia, Canada, $9000.00 dollars, and am unable to get my drivers license until it is paid off. I desperatly need this dept paid so I can get my license. That way, I can make my monthly trips to my Docters office in Vancouver, B,C,. It would also help greatly with getting out to do things with my 9 year old son! Before I leave this earth, I would love to be able to take my son to Disney Land. I hate to ask people for help, but as it stands now, I am having a hard time living on the little amount of disability as it is. I am beeing forced to go to work part time to make ends meet as a Roofer. I had to give up my Scuba Instructing due to my illness. It is very hard for me to work, but I force myself to do it anyway, then pay the price when I get home due to my body being just to tired to have fun with my son, or anyone for that matter!
