Assisted Suicide
If we assume that every human being born into this world has a "right to life," then it logically follows thta every human being has a right to end their life, or a "right to die". If we assume this as fact, then any law upholding a person's right to life has inherent within that same law a person's right to die, otherwise it would not be a right to life in the true sense of the word. But there is a legal battle going on in this country right now over whether or not a person has a right to die or a right to life.
