The photograph featured above; is the Government Campus Complex which is the Official Government Address to the People's Imperium Parliment / P.I.P.[ Elected ], and the Imperial Com~Gress Of Nationalities / I.C.O.N. [ Selected ].
The word "Com~Gress" is derived from the following five formative words: "Common", "Communication", [to] "Aggressively", "Address", "Progress".
It is from within the security and safety of this Government Campus Complex; that both legislative divisions of government, pursue the process of the people's perpetual "PROGRAMS FOR PROGRESS" [ 5IVE YEAR PLANS ].
The Superior Court of the Laws of the Lands, and the Supreme Court of the Laws of the Lands; both preside over all "Laws of the Lands", from within the "Great Hall of Law" of this Government Campus Complex.
