GOVERNMENT OF THE IMPERIUM OF SOCIALIST REPUBLICS
The government of the Imperium of Socialist Republics / I.S.R., is a socialistic republican form; whereas the government owns, and or, controls and operates all primary industries, and utility services. Most citizens and subjects have the right-of-vote, with regards to localized elections of government officials only. There is only two legally endorsed, and official political organizations in the I.S.R.: the People's Socialist Party / P.S.P. [ conservative 'hawks' ]; and the We Are Ready Society, commonly referred to as the W.A.R.S., Organization [ liberal 'doves' ].
The organization of government is divided into four seperate divisions: the Executive, the Legislative, the Legal, and the Military. [ E.L.L.M. ].
Representatives of the four divisions of government, serve on an executive cabinet of the Supreme Chancellor. [ E.L.L.M. commonly referred to as the Executive "ELM" Cabinet ].
All "elected" representatives from each of the states and republics of the Imperium; convene and 'legislate' "laws of the lands", at the People's Imperium Parliment / P.I.P. This Government Campus Complex is located in Solo~Oslo, capital city of the Imperium of Socialist republics / I.S.R.
All "selected" ministers of the ministries of government, convene and 'regulate' "rights and rules", at the Imperial Com~Gress Of Nationalities / I.C.O.N. This Government Campus Complex is also located in the same site as the People's Imperium Parliment / P.I.P.
[ SPECIAL NOTE: The word "Com~Gress" is a composite of the following five formative words: "Common", "Communication", ( to ) "Aggressively", "Address", "Progress" ].
Both the People's Imperium Parliment / P.I.P., and the Imperial Com~Gress Of Nationalities / I.C.O.N.; meet in public, on the floors of their forums, and pursue the process of the people's perpetual "PROGRAMS FOR PROGRESS" [ 5IVE YEAR PLANS ].
The Supreme Court System rules over the "Laws of the Lands" at a national, and international level.
The Superior Court System rules over the "Laws of the Lands" at a state, and republic level.
Both the Supreme Court, and the Superior Court; convene and rule over the "Laws of the Lands" from the "Great Halls of Laws", which is also located in the Government Campus Complex.
Central Command / CEN-COM is the "Command and Control" of the "Military Muscle"; of all armed forces of the Imperium of Socialist Republics / I.S.R., and allocates and acts, with "Absolute Authority".
The Shield-Of-State is featured above. The S.O.S. features the world crowned with a red star, a sledge and sickle are centered. The red star is a national symbol, and represents the vast possibilties of the future. The sledge symbolizes the great industrial and military strengths of the nation. The sickle is symbolic of the great agricultural wealth that the nation is blessed with. To either side of the above; are two sheaves of grain, one of wheat, the other of rye. This too symbolizes the nations ability to help feed the world.
