COUNCIL OF SPACE-MILITARY ORGANIZATIONS=C.O.S.M.O.
The Council Of Space-Military Organizations / C.O.S.M.O., commonly referred to as C.O.S.M.O.; is a multi-joint operation, that envolves dozens of space, science, and military organizations throughout the states and republics of the nation.
C.O.S.M.O. is funded by, and under the direction supervision of, the Ministry Of War / M.O.W., and the Ministry Of Science-Technology / M.O.S.T.
The Sky Force Command / SKY-COM is the military division that is responsible for the direction of C.O.S.M.O. The Rocket-And-Missile Command / RAM-COM oversees the training of men, and the testing of materials that goes into every flight.

The goals and research of C.O.S.M.O. are not available to the public, or the scientific community of the world. All testing and Research and Developement [ R & D ] remains classified as "Top Secret".
