Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home, very private, for rent during both Bristol Tenn. Nascar races. Will easily sleep up to 8 people.This A-frame home on Boone Lake in Piney Flats is only 11 miles from the race-track.
The top floor is the master-bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, and large bathroom.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main floor, along with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed and tv. The other bedroom has bunk bed's (with the bottom one being a full size)
and a large screen tv. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
The bottom floor has a game room with a large hot tub. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
Will only rent entire house, with a three night minimum and a five night maximum.If renting for three nights The cost per night is $600.00, If renting for four or more nights the cost per night is $500.00. A deposit of one night's stay is required when contract is signed.
