4 Seasons Ed-Ad-Ventures (SEA-V)

Kids maintain academic skills over the summer break, while having great outdoor fun!
Target Ages:
12-15 (Too old for summer "kiddie" camps, or "daycare" too young for summer jobs)
What will we do?
Camping, hiking, biking, watersports, coastal visits, National and State Park visits and exploration, amusement parks, and more!
Watersports may include: Fishing, Kayaking, Kneeboarding, Rafting, Snorkeling, Swimming, Tubing, Wakeboarding, Waterparks, and Waterskiing

- 18 years teaching high school science(MA,NH,AZ certified)
- Fitchburg State College, Geophysical Science Instructor
- Director: Monadnock Mountain Challenge 12K (Mountain/Trail Run)

$150.00 /week
special trips may have additional cost.
i.e. pocket money, theme park tickets (at group rates)...
note:
Many local organizations provide grant money. (Lions, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) I reccommend applying to local organizations. There is a lot of "free $$$" out there!
MISSION:
To provide fun, supervised, academically based summer vacation activities and adventures for teens, at reasonable prices for hard working parents
GOALS:
-to provide a safe alternative to "hanging around" or "being bored" for teens in a supervised, outdoor activity based
setting
- to apply and maintain academic skills in an atmosphere of relaxed, fun, outdoor experiences
- to foster healthy self esteem and self-confidence in teenage children
- to aid in development of peer-interactive,social skills
- to expose developing adolescents to healthy, safe, outdoor experiences
- to instill a sence of stewardship and appreciation for the natural world
- to support development of healthy, outdoor, recreational lifestyles
