This house is located near the Holimont Ski Resort (a private resort on weekends, but open to public during the week). Holimont is located in Ellicottville, a charming town just 51 miles south of Buffalo, New York. In addition to Holimont, the Holiday Valley Ski Resort is only minutes away, about 1.5 miles from the premises. After skiing all day, take a break and enjoy dinner and shopping in downtown Ellicottville, only a 1/2 mile away, within walking distance.
In the summertime, relax and enjoy yourself with golfing at Holiday Valley or hiking, biking, swimming, and enjoying nature in nearby Allegany State Park. The surrounding hills are breathtaking and in the fall, the colorful foliage is so incredibly brilliant that it must be seen to be believed!

Directions from Burlington, Ontario: QEW West all the way to the end (Fort Erie). Cross the boarder and take 190 South to 90 West to 219 Expressway (Exit 55) toward Springville. Follow this to the end. Stay on route 219 to Ellicottville. At flashing light make a right turn into town. House is on the right about ½ mile down the road.
