Welcome to The dba Network!
I am a work-from-home Mom. I quit the traditional workforce, after 17 years in customer service, so I could schedule my work around my family's needs. I am now enjoying family life again, and am freelancing jobs from home. I have learned a great deal about being my own boss, most of it the hard way.
There are a lot of people in the area in business for themselves. I have found that advertising is very expensive, and so I decided to do the advertising myself. I publish a quarterly listing of dba's in the area, and distribute them. The advertising costs are kept down because there is very little overhead.
If you would like to have your dba listed in my pages, please let me know. The anual cost is dependant on the ad size, starting at $40.00/year for a basic listing.
