I needed a couple of pages to finish what I started on my other pages so Here it is.
I have envisioned several bold but related projects which i will need help with several. ONline research for bold new promotional tools for arts business in the form of an online arts business incubator. i envision many networks tieing the arts around the Earth in a global arts incubator that will bring together all aspects of todays society helping find solutions to common problems.
My first grant completed i now thank United Arts of Central Florida in creating a new body of work and to document these new pieces for inclusion in my first professionally produced brochure specifically to better promote myself and my visions.
I am working now on the second step- of finding more prestigious grants to be able to form an Arts News Network which I will expand upon better later in this text. I had been invited back again to the Maitland Art Center's pARTicipation event but this year will be skipping this years event but will include the link for others who might be interested.
I am still invited to Italy by a group of local artists and wanted to show throughout Italy and Europe but I need $2ooo... and or sponsors so Im asking for help from the public to give me suggestions on special travel grants for artists and if there are not any artists travel grants help me find out how to create them.
I have the page on the FloridaArtistsRegistry.com (see link below) .I will be updating my site here to include a chatroom of my own, so people can interact with me at preset times.I envision this as a second step towards ArtsNews Network and another Sculpture News Network now both on facebook.com I have visions of a seperate SculptureBook.com
I am also seeking sponsors for many of these and even more projects .I have so many ideas that are going to evolutionize arts promotions online and i need help getting grants and large sponsors . I also am replanning a few new recycling workshops for a future date TBA with David Cumbie at Crealde School of Art. I can also accept commissions so if you have any special ideas for me to carve in styrofoam please let me know. On average,I carve maybe two personal carvings per day so I have a huge selection to choose from .I will cast in the metal of choice either bronze (more expensive but the metal of investors choice or less expensive aluminum).
My Arts Business Incubator once operational will bring together research and developement of online tools that will help in online arts promotions LIVE through arts interactive research and chatrooms for sharing arts ideas and i hope will cement all artists to this new network of many business networks all working towards finding new ways the world gets art news- directly from the producers of art - the artists themselves. I have a theory on how I can put it altogether and offer a "Broadcast Studio in a Box".
and collect these artists studio-cams all in one place with link back and forth between the artists and the consumers of their creations the public at large. I envision an Arts News Network that would stream live reports to the internet from the artists themselves. It is only an idea as of this writing but someday soon I hope it to further evolve and become a reality.
In principle it only requires a good mobile computer with wireless internet. Then you need to set up an account on a social networking site such as yahoo.com , facebook.com,or any number of others that offer free chatrooms. Setting up a webcam with links to and from a host social site should be enought to link the network together.
