The lounge has a bed settee which can sleep a further two people. There are front and rear patios plus a terrace from the master bedroom.
The house overlooks the communal swimming pool with mountains to the rear. The beach is only a five minute walk along with a number of bars, restaurants and shops. Puerto Mazzaron has more shops, bars and numerous clubs in the summer months. Every Sunday there is a large market 10 minutes away.
This property is a fantastic family holiday home and has a tv and dvd player - so dont forget to pack your childrens favourites.

Bolnuevo, is a small Spanish village with many miles of beautiful coastline and untouched countryside. Bolnuevo is enclosed by mountain ranges and has an average of 300 days of sun each year.
Alicante airport is 80 miles to the North (1.5hours drive) and San Javier (Murcia airport) is 40 miles away approximately (1hour drive).
It is recommended that you hire a car, which can be available for you at either airport.
