Each and every Wood Interior Kit is made out of a real wood veneer, backed by ten mil papers. All panels are cut by a state-of-the-art Hi-Tech Laser System, utilizing the most advanced laser engineering and motion control systems to produce dashes of the highest quality. These monolithic constructions are coated on both sides with epoxy and are put on the presses (under 40 tons of pressure) to cure. This advanced process eliminates the problem of separation and cracking common to phenolic and plastic backed wood kits. Then, multiple finish coats are applied, which combined with the initial coats, protect our dashes from the sun's harmful rays with special ultra-violet light protection. Also our exclusive use of registered High-Impact Elastisizers with every coat ensures the stability and long lasting properties of the Hybrid Finish. The highest quality red-backed 3M tape available is used to secure the kit to your dash, ensuring easy installation and a factory perfect fit. The finished product is approx. 4mm thick.

We also carry a large variety of molded wood grain dashboards. Molded dash kits or formed describe trim that is actually formed to fit sharper contoured areas, such as Speedo trim, radio bezels and door switch trim. It is best visualized as "3-D" in that it is shaped to fit sharp angles and take corners. It is wider and encases more of the dash area. This trim is made from and real wood that has a specially treated finish that is just as durable and luxurious and carries the same lifetime warranty. These kits are designed to enhance large dashboards for trucks and SUV's. OEM tested and approved. 3M adhesive provides a lifetime of service. All kits come with everything you need for installation.
