KongHan-Kung Fu of Hokkian-Ngo Cho Kun style (5 ancestors fist).
In honor & memory of Master-Sifu Lo Yan Chiu founder of Kong Han Athletic Club in the Philippines established in 1937.
From Master-Sifu Lo Yan Chiu to his sons the late Master-Sifu Lo King Hui & Lo King Chiok & now Kong Han is being operated & run by his grandson Master Lo Si Beng (Henry Lo).
Konghan-kung fu training is extensive & concentrate on developing powerful attacks that would stop or knock an attacker down in the shortest possible amount of time.
The horse stance is the essence of konghan-kung fu combine with proper breathing & coordination of the legs, shoulders & arms to develop that power attack.
Konghan-kung fu also train in ring or tournament competition.
Konghan-kung fu is also compatible for those who donot have the physical abilities to train the attack or hard style. The soft style consist of breathing in coordination of legs, hip, shoulders & arm hand movements. This training is aim for health purposes mainly exercising the internal organs.
