Recently there was series in Singapore "The Godrej Challenge"
in which three teams took part Pakistan,South Africa and NewZealand.
It was a single league match contest .The first was played on the 20 of August 2000 between Pakistan and NewZealand.Newzealand lost the first one .It was just a 25 over game due to rain.The second was between Pakistan and South Africa .Pakistan won it also .So pakistan was on the top of the table with 4 points.Then the last one was played between South Africa and NewZealand.The Africans also won the last one and were promotted to the finals.The Africans held there patience and won the final of the "Godrej Challenge"The man of the series was Garry Kirsten of South Africa.

______________Recently a three one dayer was played between the best teams of the world Australia and South Africa .It was the first time when an international match was played indoor ,it was agreat acheivement in the history of cricket.When an undisturbed match was palyed under a roof 60 meter high under flood lights.The historic ever match was a tie.The first match which was on the 16 August2000
was won by the Aussies and the second which was played on the 18 August 2000 was a tie and the third was won by the Africans.On the 20 august 2000.The man of the series was Nicky Boje of South Africa.
