ACORN Hires Callgirl To Setup Local Businessman
Tis is a story of Gross judical Misconduct by not just a few Lawyers but alot of people who feel that just because they went to Tulane Law School, they have a right to tell anyone what they can and cannot do. They also feel they have a right to your Tax Dollars and toyour personal bank account.
Starting in 1995, I was being represented by Jean Farmer Calhoun, a neighbor of mine who was in my office when I was served with papers by New orleans legal Aide. It seems that these goons feel that a drug dealer has the right to sue you for Racial Discrimination in Housing when the fact of the matter is the Police would not do their jobs. hence This clown's name was odd, it was a Transsexual Prostitute Druglord. NOPD bragged to my friends that they knew where he practiced and how he was deal in illegal drugs. But he was protected. I forced the property manager to evict this goon from an apartment on Coliseum Square.Did I mention that this clown was firing a large calaber weapon in his apartment and alleyway, and making death threaths to my neighbors not to mention setting on fire their cars.
Now for ACORN
Jean kept trying to set me up for the stupid idea that once this suit was setteled that I would be sued by ACORN. What she was really saying was I'm going to double up on my outrageous invoice i'm send you in a few weeks so be prepared for another Lawsuit. And that is exactly what she did. According to her sister Anne Farmer, Jean forced her to call one of her friends who worked at ACORN in late 1995. Does this sound illegal and unethical ?About this time jean had contact my assisstant at my office and insisted on getting copies of all of my management contracts so that she could keep track of the dates of expiration. ( bull crap)
Late December of 1995, I receive a call from Sheil Ganes from First City Court, This is where all eviction records are kept for Orleans Parish. Spencer Livingston was asking for copies of all of my eviction records. The next thing I knew Jean was demanding $20,000 in Legal Fees. I knew what she had done.
On jan 6, 1996, all the News companies and the Times Picayune blasted my name and company on the news as a major Racist and was forcing Black student to move from a property located on 1121 Ninth St. The alligations were false and infact the only ones I had ever evicted were a pair of kids who not only stole a check from ARRON Marsh, an antique dealer, and was using them to pay for services around town. I knew Mr. Marsh and he stated that he had fired that individual for stealing and that the checks were indeed stolen. And to think this man was sueing me for discrimination. He owes two months rent plus renders to the owner of the property a stolen check for $800.00 Mr. Mims spent 14 days in lockup but was released. I suspect Spencer Livingston was unpleased when Mr. Mims was arrested.
I hired a family friend by the Nmae of Donald Klein to Represent me in this suit. I had known Mr Klein since I was 15 years old and felt that he would not betray me. Boy was I wrong. After Donald had received full payment of $10,000 from me and another $7,000 from my clients, he convienced the owners that it would be best to settel. Within 3 months I get a phone call from Don and he says the owner wants to settel, I stated I wasn't going to. They Can But no way was I. I have been slandered and damaged and I want my day in court. This was WAR:
In june of 1996, I decided to call don because I had for the 20th time visited an apartment to show it to rent only to be met by a tester. this group had been active in harrassment and wasting my time in general. Calling my tennents trying to get others to sue me. Very Illegal. I asked Mr. klein where we were in the case and when were we going to court. Don stated that it was setteled a a long time ago and that as part of the agreement, I was to shut down my business and move on. My answer to Don was " you lying SOB. You had no authority to settel me " and I then demanded my money back. He told me that I was not going to get it back. CAN YOU COUNT THE NUMBER OF AGENT CLIENT VIOLATIONS HERE SO FAR AND JUDICAIL MISCONDUCT?
During this time I paid a paralegal to rewrite my Lease Agreements and Management Agreements. I had placed in all my agreements a Binding Aribritratioin clause, even in my lease applications. Then I passed them out to at lease 100 small brokers and property owners in New Orleans. What do this clause do. Simple Stated ACORN cannot drag anyone to court which shuts them down but good.
All the while I wass writing letter to local and state Reps. complaining about ACORN. Even on the federal level. You can forget the Judical Council that governs thae actions and misdeeds of Attorney's. They protect lawyers in every way. A waste of Tax payers Money:
Now for the Rape Charge
late in 1998, I get a phone call from NOPD Sex Crime Unit. The Det. had informed me that a female student near and around the Maple Street are had been attached and if I had heard anything from any of my female tennents. I explained to her that Just because of a purse snaching, the owner allowed me to install additional security lights on one such property. That was the last i heard until jan 1999 when I get back from Atlanta and was informed that I was under inditement for Agg. Rape and was to turn myself in with 5 days.
This was 100% bullshit, infact I had suspected but could not prove anything. I had been followed in recent weeks from my office to my home on the Northshore of New orleans but spotted them about midway. It is so fun to lead someone on a wild goose chase. I'm sure he had never seen such places on the Gulf Coast of Ms. I suspected that my office phone had been tapped and or my office itself but could not get an answer from Ma Bell. If they were Ma Bell could not say. Life goes on. Harrassement goes on.
I called my Business Attorney Betsy Dowling and she had me meet with the most nasty asshole ever keven who had worked as an ADA. basically he assumed that I had rapped someone and accused me of such. I hated him the second I spoke to him. he made an appointment but if you don't trust the asshole, don't use him.
I was looking for a defense Attorney but no one would return a call. I tried call NOPD but the offiers there would never return a call or would not answer my call. The charges were simply false but ACORN ran the Police Union.
On Jan 13, 1999 I was beaten in my office and taken to the hospital for 15 stiches. The News media was having a Field Day. I was the uptown rapist. During one Interview after I was bonded out, I claimed that I knew ACORN was behind it. The charges Were 100% false and made up. There was not Victim.
Little did I know the Following Facts:
The warrent was not only expired but worthless. I knew the warrent was a fraud and I had never been served with the papers.
The crimelab also had cleared me as a suspect three Day prior to my arrest. hence the arrest was illegal.
The attorney that a friend of mine was able to get me bonded out. The ADA Jacklyn Maloney was in on the deal and did not want me out. They knew that the arrest was flawed but that did not matter. $15000 bond.
I'm going to skip some of the nasty stuff so I'll flass foward to get to some really good slander on ACORN
After everything was done, my father was so worried about my safty that he insisted that I move out of town. Well I took a samll trip to North Carolina and to Memphis first with my best friend Sam, a 110 pound Doberman. I starttyed writying to the DA's office that I wanted to know who made up the charges. I contacted several Lawyers and no one wanted to help me. Go Figure.
Finally after about a dozen letters The current DA was retiring. I then wrote again and guess what, There it all was, the name of the person and her story: Heather Bracko, a Tulane University student who had rented an apartment from me in 1998 and had moved out in Feb of 1999. ok Here is her story line and you tell me if this is Bull Shit.
On Oct 1, 1998, someone entered her apartment at 2am and raped her. She did not reord the act until Dec 1, 1998 and stated that shhe didn't see my face but knew it was my voice. She then presented a bed sheet and a strand of hair. By the way Ms. Bracko stand about 5'4 has Blonde hair and weighs about 134. Attractive but I would not write home about her. She then shows up at NOPD with Black Hair. According to Court records, The crim Lab cleared me as a suspect three Day prior to my arrest and had her come back for additional statements. Very Odd.
Here is the ReaL Story:
Early in 1998 Ms Bracko had been arrested on a vice charge and was being Represented by Jean Calhoun. jean promised her that she could have her record cleaned up if she did what she asked. Also she could get into grad school At Tulane. Gee lets sell someones soul to save my ass please.
jean got Heather with the Goons at ACORN and since both Spencer Livingston and Ms. Mora both teach at Tulane Law School what do you think happened. Ms Bracko was to rent an apartment from me and to wait their instruction. During this time I never heard from Ms Bracko, she always mailed her rent to my office.
Now since ACORN run the Union for NOPD who do you think was the Union President? Lt. Benelli. Who was the head of the SEX Crime Unit? Lt. Benelli. Who had contact with ACORN lt. Benelli.
Nice and neat but there is more. Ya see my Attorney was also former NOPD and as according to my attorney he was told to back off on my defense, which he did and that is how i landed in HOD and then In jackson under fraudlent condition: Ya see ACORN got two head shrinks to committ perjury three times. Drs Salcedo and Dr Rheaseu. I hope they were paid a lot cause I'm going after them in a big way.
Now How come when I complained to HUD nothing happens ? Because ACORN is in Bed with the director here in New Orleans. Now who is Ammond Miller and what did he have to do with my case. His business card was found in my case file from the DA? Mr Miller Repressents the Housing Authority of new orleans and he also is associated with ACORN. You figure it out.

Stop with the Death Threats to my Attorney. If you goons had any idea as to who Chris is related to you would think Twice. Give you a hint. Chris has three brothers, all Attorney's. One is with the U.S Attorney's office in lafayette, One in in DC with the DOJ, one is in private practive in Tulsa and another is on the Gulfcoast of Ms. Are you poeple at NOPD and ACORN that stupid. If yopu did anything to hurt this man your lifes are over with. The Justice Departemnt will hang everyone at NOPD and ACORN nationwide is over with.
You plan to pay a call girl worked in the fact that I was forced intoi a cell and forced out of town . You now have a real problem alot of Lawyers know what you did and time is not on your side. I am going to shut you down and Spencer, I promise you I shall visit you in Florida or Texas while you in Prision. Ms. Mora I intend to see you disbarred.
The thing about New Orleans is no one can keep a secret.
If you make a death threat to me carry it out but don't pay a crack addict and don't try to claim I was selling drugs. Too many people know me better than that. Don't pull another rape charge and please tell the goons at NOPD to don't ever bother to pull me over on bogus moving violations. Im not in the City Bone heads.
