Virtual Cow Tipping FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions)
What is cow tipping?
Cow tipping is the act of knocking over a cow as it sleeps. This is most often done by sneaking up on a cow as it sleeps (standing up), running the last couple of steps toward its side and give it a good shove with your hands or shoulder. What happens next?!
If struck properly the cow will fall over, with a thud. Looking bewildered the cow will get back up and shake it off a bit.Does it harm the cow?
You'd have to ask a cow. :)As with any activity of this nature - there is a chance of injuring the cow. There is also the possibility of adversely affecting milk production during the next milking cycle.
Farmers don't seem to appreciate the joy of cow tipping. Thus there is Virtual Cow Tipping.

Sure thing.1. Watch out for bulls! (If there is a bull and he isn't awake/paying attention - it won't take long after you knock over the first cow or two for him to be interested in checking things out - aggresively!)
2. Trying to do it with buddys who are a bit too drunk and insist on bringing their six pack with them is not a good idea. They are bound to wake the cows before you ever get close enough to strike.
3. Fewer cows are better. Reduces your chances of making a big commotion and drawing unnecessary attention.
4. A good shoulder shot to the middle portion of their shoulder (or just a little behind) seems to work best.
5. Watch out for bulls! :)
