I am a New York State Corrections Officer at a small medium security prision in upstate New York named Gouverneur Correctional Facility with about 1600 inmates and 230 officers.I am a rookie patch trader but have done some trading with those individuals that a fellow officer told me about, I've started out with collecting only State Correction Patches and may go on to other catagories, If your interested in trading patches one for one, my states for yours or for any other patch that I may have, contact me for my trading list.
