Talked about the scales not working. Maybe trade in and get a new set or just buy a new set of scales.
Mike Parr has some more puppies to give away.
The club members need to bring a donation in or give a $30.00 donation for the Adult-Youth Bass Tournament at the next meeting.
Charles Herring donated the T-Shirts for the Adult-Youth Tournament.
Bobby Ryan is taking care of the drinks.
The Club members also talked about the Lifetime Fishing License for the tournament.
We discussed the July Club Tournament and Winners.

The Adult-Youth Bass tournament will go towards a function for the Club Classic for any member of the Club that fishes the Adult-Youth Bass Tournament.

Adult-Youth Bass Tournament donations.

The Club voted to have a Rod and Reel Raffle to make money for the
Adult-Youth Bass Tournament. (Lynn will buy the Rod and Reel to Raffle off for the tournament).
The June tournament was fished on Lake Jordan and Kurt and Brian came in first. Robert Johnson had Big Fish of the Tournament.

The Bass Club discussed boating accidents and what to do to help prevent them.
One of our members had a real bad accident and cut his hand. He has to go to Lexington, Kentucky for surgery. The Club passed the hat around for donations to help with his expenses.
The Bass Federation would like to have a report on how many fish we catch on our tournaments and if we catch any over 5 Lbs..
The club talked about our last tournament that we fished on Lake Jordan.

Talked about people needing to be 100% signed up for Federation, for the Insurance to be good.
Scales in shop for repair. The price for repair is $70.40.
All members need to wear life jackets when the big Engine is running.
We also need to have the throw pillows in the boat at all times with a rope tied to it.
The last tournament we had was a real WINDY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bob discussed the 2005 Rules, that Kerry had printed up. Kerry Roberson's donation for the Adult-Youth Tournament was put down for payment of having the Rules for 2005 Printed.

Contacted K&K Insurance Group, Mechelle Trice, 1712 Magnavox Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46801-2338. (800) 441-3994 For a Certificate of Proof of Insurance to have the Coosa Valley Bass Hunters 12th Annual Adult-Youth Bass Tournament.

Time: Blast Off at Safe Light--Weigh-in at 2:00 P.M.
I received the Certificate of Insurance January 13, 2005.
The Tournament was scheduled January 14, 2005 at Lakeside City Park.
January Tournament: Jan. 29, 2005. If the daytime temperature is not over 34 Degrees the tournament will be cancelled.
