GATESHEAD CONSERVATIVE FUTURE
Welcome to the web page of Gateshead Conservative Future. We are a growing group of young people in Gateshead who work to ensure the election of Conservative candidates and the advancement of the Conservative principles of low taxation, high standards in our public services, fighting crime, safeguarding the family and defending the nation state.
Gateshead Conservative Future is the youth wing of the Gateshead Conservative Federation, which covers the constiteuncies of Tyne Bridge, Gateshead East and Washington West and Blaydon. We are the only politcal party to have a youth wing in these constituencies.

RECENT PRESS RELEASES'
'In the latest edition of Council News, Gateshead Council proudly announces that it has built ‘youth shelters’ and their number continues to grow. But when I was a member of the Gateshead Youth Assembly, which Gateshead Council used and still uses as a forum for democratically elected local youngsters to get their views heard and implemented, the issue of youth shelters came up and was rejected. The Assembly was completely against the idea and voted against it. But Gateshead Council has gone forward with the idea. This proves that Gateshead Council does not care about the opinions of the youth of Gateshead, and therefore there is every reason to suggest that they don’t care about the opinions of any other segment of the people of Gateshead. The people of Gateshead should send out the message that they don’t care about the opinions of Labour councillors at May’s local elections by voting for the conservatives who are dedicated to listening and putting into action the views of all segments of society.'
