Connery, the child of Joseph and Euphamia Connery, grew up in one of the poorest areas in Edinburgh; the majority of the population had 6 people living in the one room and had to share sleeping areas and bathrooms. Who would have thought Sean Connery was to become a rich and successful actor, playing some of the most famous roles in film history.
