I need some relationship advise...

Over the summer I met a guy and I really liked him and I still do. Then I moved and we kept in touch. We wrote each other and talked on the phone. Now all of a sudden he doesn't write me anymore or call. I don't know why and I am really missing him. I want to know what some people think I should do. Should I keep writing him and trying to get in touch with him? Or should I let fate takes it's place and if I am supposed to talk to him again I will? I hope that last sentence made sence. Well, please let me know what your opinion is on the matter. Thanks.
