REQUIRED Conditions of Bitch

Good Health/Condition
No disqualifying faults as noted in the Breed Standard
Stable temperament/in keeping with the Breed Standard
AKC Champion or Major Pointed
Has not been exposed to another Stud Dog during current heat cycle
LITTER REQUIREMENTS
Stud Dog owner will be provided with full ID of each puppy purchaser.
Pet puppies will be sold on spay/neuter contracts.
Stud Dog owner will be supplied with documentation of any genetic issues that arise.
GUARANTEE
Owner of sire guarantees a litter of 2 live puppies at birth.
One replacement breeding to this same bitch at next heat cycle if less than 2 live pups.
FEE/EXPENSES
All fees to Stud Dog Owner must be paid by Cashier Check or Money Order
Stud Fee for this breeding will be $_____________
50% (________) paid PRIOR to the first mating or insemination
50% (________) paid PRIOR to litter registration papers being signed.
IF Stud Service fee is 2nd Pick puppy in lieu of Cash this puppy will carry the Cold Mountain Prefix for it's AKC registered name. Litter registration papers will not be signed until Stud Fee puppy is obtained.
Bitch owner is responsible for all fees associated with this breeding.
Veterinary fees will be paid to the Vet directly by Bitch owner. This includes but is not limited to ovulation testing if needed on the bitch, collection and shipping fees.
Boarding charges will be $25 per day
Airport Transfer charges will be $25 to & from.
Stud Dog owner will not be required to sign AKC litter registration papers for said litter until all expenses/Stud fees are paid in full and all conditions of this agreement have been fulfilled.
Stud fee in part or whole will not be refunded for any reason.
CONDITIONS
If using Frozen semen the Bitch shall be inseminated by surgical implant.
Bitch will be handled in a cautious, attentive manner while with Stud Dog owner. However, the Stud Dog owner will not be held liable for any illness, injury or death of the Bitch while in the Stud Dog owners care. Nor does the Stud Dog owner accept any liability for damages done by the Bitch while under the Stud Dog owner's care.
Any legal action filed by either party in an effort to enforce this contract will be filed in Boulder County-Boulder, Colorado.
Ownership of the bitch must not change after the breeding/ before the litter is registered. If the bitch changes ownership return service will not be provided.
It is agreed between the stud owner & the owner of the bitch that puppies from this breeding will be sold exclusively by the owner of the bitch, and sale of the puppies will not be made to any owner, employee, agent, or individual connected with a pet shop, specialty shop, or wholesaler of dogs. Wholesaler meaning any individual that buys puppies in litter lots for their own resale, trades puppies for articles, sells puppies by the litter, etc. In the event that the owner of the bitch does sell any puppy to the a fore mentioned, the stud owner shall take recourse throught the courts for damages to her name and damage to the reputation of her male in the amount of _____________. The owner of the bitch shall also be responsible for all legal and court costs of the stud owner during this recourse.
I have read, fully understand and agree to this Stud Dog Service Contract. This constitutes the entire agreement of both parties.
