Example: Charter a bus. In most cases you will need to pay a deposit to the bus company. Get the details and have flyers printed. Include the destination, date, departure and return arrival time and cost. Any other details about the trip should be included on the flyer; hotel, meals, attractions, etc. Once you have flyers printed, pass them out to potential passengers; family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Of course, the key here is to fill the bus to capacity. Remember to save a seat for yourself. Advertise and promote your trip and collect money as soon as you can. It might be a good idea to ask for a deposit. This will guarantee a paid seat.
Many casinos will pay a commission for bringing in a group. Find out what the commission is, and what the requirements are for that casino. They will usually require that you stay for a certain length of time. Once you have collected the fare and the commission, you should have made enough money to pay the bus company in full, and earn a profit, and therefore, your trip is totally FREE.
