- from the Interstate Route I-70 take exit 54 to State Route 72 South, after 7 miles turn to State Route 343 West, after one block turn left to Clay Str. and park, Clifton Opera House is right at the intersection of Clay and Route 343.
- from the Interstate Route I-675 take exit 22 to State Route 235 South-East, after about 10 miles turn to State Route 68 North, go through Yellow Springs (about 7 miles), turn right to State Route 343 East, go to Clifton (about 4 miles), turn right to Clay Str. and park, Clifton Opera House is right at the intersection of Clay and Route 343.
