Sister Beth's Class - 2A
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES!
I want to thank all of the 2A families for filling a box for the House of Peace. Between the two second grades we filled 50 boxes. Last Tuesday, Mr. Jim VanHoven and Father Perry, a Capuchin Friar from the House of Peace came to speak with the children and to receive the boxes. We had our picture taken with all the boxes and got see them being loaded onto a large truck that would carry them back to the House of Peace to be given out to the people who come there for help. It was wonderful to see how excited your children were to be able to help others.
I look forward to seeing all of you at conferences this Monday and Tuesday.
