July 10-14: The Bulls have announced that the team will participate in the Pepsi Pro Summer League from July 10-14 at the RDV Sportsplex in Orlando, Florida. Chicago’s roster will be headlined by first round draft picks Tyrus Thomas and Thabo Sefolosha.
Big Ben on his way?
According to multiple reports, four-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year Ben Wallace has agreed to sign with the Bulls. Wallace, a 6-9, 240-pound center, holds career averages of 6.6 ppg, 10.7 rpg and 2.2 bpg. Free agents can officially sign with teams on July 12.

It's a fireworks night at Comerica Park, in a summer of fireworks for the Tigers. First pitch is a few hours away, but Jim Leyland is already lighting up the clubhouse. "Heyyy, Pudgie!" Leyland shouts cheerfully as Ivan Rodriguez comes through the door. "Heyy, you're not playing tonight!"
Rodriguez stops. Leyland does not. "Take a day off!" the skipper continues happily. "I know you don't like it, but you've been wanting to manage all year!"

Ashlee Takes Up Boxing
Ashlee Simpson is no stranger to getting knocked down. Career wise she has had a few falls, but she keeps getting up and fighting on. All in training for her new video in which she says "I got hit hard on the chin! I get knocked down, but keep getting back up. I can relate to that!"
She underwent intense boxing lessons in efforts to pratice for her most recent music video, which is inspired by female boxing film, 'Million Dollar Baby', according to a published report.
Ashlee portrays a boxer in her new video for her single 'Invisible'. She says, "We took boxing lessons before the shoot to make it look real." But the singer claims that she caught a jab in the face while shooting the segment.

Summer Road Trip
Ashlee Simpson will visit arenas, amphitheatres and clubs on her summer North American tour, which begins June 5 in Santa Barbara, Calif., and will feature support from Sire rock act the Veronicas.
The artist will be touring in support of her 2005 sophomore Geffen album, "I Am Me," which has sold 884,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
