Outside. Timber clad bungalow in secluded location, with views across the largest of the Lakes on the river Shannon, to the Co. Clare hills. The house is set in 3 ¾ acres of mature woodland, and has mown lawns with a barbeque area. Lough Derg 32000 acres is surrounded on all sides by beautiful countryside, and is ideal for a range of water-sports. The ideal place to get away – popular for walking, and a fisherman’s paradise. Dromineer the home of the Lough Derg Yacht Club(one mile) has a Post office shop, a pub, and restaurants . All types of boat hire and day trips available from Shannon Sailing. Nenagh is a good shopping town and the historic City of Limerick is within easy driving distance. There is much of interest locally with many pubs and entertainment. For trips away by car, the Atlantic coast and the Cliffs of Moher or the Burren with its interesting rock formations and rare plants; make for an interesting day out. Pony trekking, golf, pitch and putt, and bike hire available locally.

Inside. Conservatory /porch leads into a large sitting / dining area with a wood burning stove, kitchen with adjacent utility room, bathroom with W.C., and a separate shower room with W.C , and wash basin. Four bedrooms, one with 5 ft double bed, one with two single beds(h&c), one with two bunk beds(h&c), one with single bed, Electric fires, Storage heaters, Colour TV, Fridge/Freezer , Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Cooker . Duvets and linen provided, but please bring your own towels. Pets allowed but only in Porch and Pump room, not house.
